Samuel Jimenez is a father, husband, coach and bartender from Hayward, CA in the San Francisco/Oakland Bay Area. As a member of the Bay Area bartending community he has worked at and operated some of the best bars in the area (The Interval at Long Now, Prizefighter, Blind Tiger), most recently opening Here’s How in Oakland, CA. As a Samoan/Mexican in the community, Sam’s interests have been in creating equitable, diverse workspaces in the beverage industry and working with at risk youth outside of the beverage industry.
