Brad Gubbins, owner and operator of the newly opened Founder at 1282 Dundas Street West, has been working in the bar industry for nearly twenty years. Brad has had the opportunity to train with some of the most inspirational individuals known in the bar community from around the world. He has worked as the Creative Director at Toronto Institute of Bartending, and applied his skill and knowledge behind the wood at Toronto Temperance Society, Spirithouse, and the Thompson Hotel. Brad believes that the best drink is one that arrives in a timely fashion!
