CLOCKWORK CHAMPAGNE & COCKTAILS – 100 Front St W (inside the Fairmont Royal York Hotel)

Atmosphere: With a modern and intimate atmosphere, CLOCKWORK is the city’s next classic lounge for an elegant champagne and cocktail experience, serving everything from bubbles and wines to specially crafted cocktails and tasteful metropolitan fare on small plates. The lounge is vibrant and timeless – taking design cues from our hotel’s railway past.
We are known for: Although only opened in June – to mark the hotel’s 90th birthday – CLOCKWORK is known for its signature cocktail, Meet me at the Clock, taking its name from the iconic phrase associated with the property for years. The fun, pink cocktail includes Moët & Chandon Champagne champagne, Hendrick’s gin, lemon, absinthe and bitters, which is then poured over a frozen dome of champagne and rosé.
