James is a moderately capable bartender from Edmonton, AB. After getting into the industry 5 years ago in London, James returned home to work at some of the premiere cocktail bars in Edmonton. He’s run beverage programs and consulted with bars across the city. He currently works at Little Hong Kong, a small speakeasy located within Baijiu restaurant. In recent years, James has seen modest success in competitions, having been able to compete alongside some of the best bartenders in Canada at World Class nationals, Auchentoshan New Malt Order, and the Woodford Reserve Manhattan competition.
