Lucas Groglio is a 30-year-old Argentine entrepreneur and cocktail lover who has been working in the spirits industry for the past 10 years with his cocktail company LO HACEMOS BIEN, where he performs as founder and CEO.
With 10 years in the event industry, LO HACEMOS BIEN has made all type of cocktail bars and beverages programs from private events as weddings and corporate events as for the most important massive events of Argentina like Festival Bocas Abiertas, Feria Masticar, Buenos Aires Market, Yelp Food Festival, Creamfields and UNLOCK.
In the past years, he became interested in sustainability and joined the Board of Más Oxígeno, an Argentinean NGO that seeks to help organizations incorporate sustainability in their DNA. Inside Más Oxígeno, he is the Project Leader of Coctelería Consciente, the first sustainable bartending project.
The main goal is to raise awareness in the cocktail industry about the environment, sustainability, circular economy, healthy habits, wise drinking, and social responsibility through cocktails, spirits and bars.
Lucas has also been part of the Cocktail Apprentice Program of Tales of The Cocktail On Tour in Buenos Aires, as well as staff member for the 2014, 2015, 2016 y 2017 festival editions in New Orleans and Edinburgh.
In 2017, he was the recipient of a “Sustainable Spirit Award” by Tales of the Cocktail, for his work promoting the conversation about sustainability and cocktails, through LO HACEMOS BIEN and Más Oxígeno with the project “Coctelería Consciente”.
In addition, he is a Tales of the Cocktail Global Attaché for Argentina and South America. Promoting the Latin American cocktail scene to the rest of the world.
He has also been working as a sustainability advisor for World Class Competition + Jury at World Class Competition Argentina and La CoctelEra Bartending Competition Chile.
