Lauren hails proudly from Sudbury, ON. After attempting to pursue a career in stage management, she instead found a home behind the bar: this sparked a move to Toronto last fall. Appreciative of the knowledgable people she gets to work with each day, and an industry that just doesn’t quit, Lauren is excited to take part in a conference that is making waves.
