Emilie is a veteran of the Montreal cocktail scene with over a decade of experience in the city’s finest establishments. She infuses her craft with analytical finesse and methodical precision and her passion lies in the fusion of unconventional flavours within the framework of classic cocktail construction.
Armed with a repertoire of technical skills and creative ingenuity, Emilie has garnered recognition on both national and global stages in numerous prestigious competitions. In early 2020, driven by a thirst for growth and new experiences, she embarked on a journey to London, fulfilling her aspiration by securing a position at Bar Swift.
During her time, she has integrated her distinctive approach to hospitality with the bar’s ethos, quickly establishing herself as an asset to the team. She flourished in her role, honing her skills and cultivating strong ties within the London cocktail community. After a year, transitioned to the management team at Swift Shoreditch, where she continued to elevate her expertise and recently took on a new challenge and learning opportunity with the role of Assistant Operations Manager for the group.
