Tess Anne Sawyer is an industry vet of over 20 years, most of which was spent behind some of the most beastly bars in NYC expanding her skill set. Those years of dedication and hard work have allowed her to bartend globally and earn a National Speed Rack title amongst other cocktail competition wins. Tess is also an educator and mentor aiming to give the mentorship that she wish she had sooner in her career. Living and working in different cities across the globe has lead to a great appreciation and passion for the hospitality industry. Tess has been at the helm of building community in our industry through her projects like Bar Benefits. With her passion for community and love of all things low-abv she now continues to uplift our industry through her role as the Southern California Brand Ambassador for St-Germain Elderflower Liqueur.
