Holly Caverly is the Spirits Category Manager at Halpern following an 18 year tenure of experience behind Toronto’s most decorated cocktail bars. She was a 2014 red coat in the Tales of Cocktail Apprenticeship Program, launching her into a career in spirits education. She spent years designing cocktail programs in respected bars. She introduced Aviation Gin to Canada as a local Toronto ambassador and worked her way up to National Brand Ambassador. Now as an agent, she represents multiple brands including Nonino and makes Grappa education a priority.
