In this role, Mikul is the public face and voice of Ramsbury, championing its commitment to sustainable, grain-to‑glass production and leading educational experiences worldwide.
Mikul joined Ramsbury in 2019 and was instrumental in expanding its global footprint, notably launching the brand in new markets such as Berlin and Toronto.
A consummate storyteller, Mikul brings to life Ramsbury’s ethos of sustainability: fields of winter wheat and barley, biomass boilers powered by estate woodland, reed-bed wastewater filtration, and zero‑waste practices that feed animals and nourish soil. He emphasises traceability—each bottle’s wheat can be traced back to a specific field—and educates consumers on how flavour, provenance, and environmental stewardship intertwine
Mikul also curates global cocktail competitions such as the Ramsbury Martini Masters, showcasing innovative bartending talent and highlighting the brand’s award‑winning gin and vodka.
