We are thrilled to host Guest Bartender Dylan Brentwood. Direct from the East Coast, Dylan is taking over the bar to debut a featured menu of innovative craft cocktails from his highly anticipated new Halifax venue, Hux Bistro.
Running from 9pm to 2am we will be featuring Dylan’s exclusive Hux Bistro feature menu as well as the beloved Chantecler house cocktail list. Full dinner menu available until 11:00 PM | Late-night snacks curated by the Chantecler culinary team served until 2:00 AM.
