Jess Morton is Toronto-based bartender always looking to learn. She carries on a myriad of jobs (wherever craft beer nerdiness and hands for a Boston shaker is required), but is a long-term resident with cocktail catering and events company Drinksmith. In the last year she’s participated in two separate bar/restaurant openings. Sometimes Jess competes in local competitions, most recently in Made With Love’s Toronto Regional Finals. Jess also teaches part-time at the Toronto Institute of Bartending in the historic Distillery District.
