Chris Elford has been surfing the delicious waves of food & drink his whole life. He developed a passion for beer & cocktails, areas he excelled in because of his penchant for both education and dad jokes. He owns Navy Strength (a proto-tiki bar) and No Anchor (a James Beard nominated beer bar) in Seattle, and considers himself an above average dominos player and a pretty good listener.
