
Missy is a bar-centric hospitalitarian, with 16 years of service experience across a wide array of service styles. Corporate restaurants, high-end LV Strip steakhouses, festivals, craft cocktail bars, bespoke chef-driven locals’ watering holes, record-setting new concert venues, and on-location, table-to-farm destination dinners. She currently slings drinks on the Strip in a concert venue while working to start her own beverage company to realize her nerdy pop-up bar dreams. Missy is passionate about supporting healthy, sustainable lifestyles for hospitality workers and does work in the low/no sector to support that.
