Submissions for Seminars at TOCC 2026 will open on January 5th and close February 23rd.
Toronto Cocktail Conference 2026 is a two day education-focused conference that includes 12 seminars taking place on Monday, August 10th and Tuesday, August 11th. If you have an idea for a seminar that you would like to present at TOCC, we would love hear it.
TOCC 2026 will have two types of seminars: Standard Seminars and Spirit Sponsored Seminars.
All chosen presenters for our Standard Seminars are paid $500 CAD plus we cover flights and hotel for 3 nights so they can attend all of TOCC. We want the speakers at TOCC to truly want to attend and be present throughout the conference.
Spirit-Sponsored Seminars are sponsored by a brand who covers all the costs for the seminar (including any related speaker fees, travel, product to serve at seminar, etc) plus pay a 2.5K CAD fee to TOCC to host the seminar. These seminars include spirit samplings and/or sample-sized cocktails.
All seminars at TOCC need to fit into at least one of our PUNCH pillars (Practical, Understanding, New Concepts, Care for Yourself, History).
